Villa Location

The house is on a quiet residential road in Binissafuller (which is one of the south coast’s longest established and greenest settlements; also spelt Binisafua) and is just 100 metres from the sea with spectacular views of the shoreline.

Outside, the large mature garden is full of flowering shrubs. Extensive patios around the pool (9.5m x 4.5m) and plenty of shaded areas provide excellent sunbathing as well as shelter from the heat of the afternoon sun. The large porch and separate pergola by the pool provide two ample spaces for eating outside by day or night and a separate barbecue and patio area offers another peaceful spot for outside eating.
