Accommodation and Facilities

The house sleeps 8 in four double/twin bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (2 en suite); for larger parties a further two beds can be accommodated in the study. The house has an open-plan sitting room and kitchen/diner, fully equipped with cooker hob, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is satellite TV with all main UK TV and radio channels, DVD player, CD player, an iPod docking station, telephone and broadband wifi connection with a PC for email and internet access.

A spiral staircase leads to a roof patio ideal for private sunbathing and with spectacular views over the bay. There is also a utility room with washing machine and a drying area with an outdoor shower at the side of the house. The garage has a spare ‘cold drinks’ fridge.

Changeover day is Friday. To allow sufficient time for cleaning, our outgoing guests are asked to vacate the villa as early as possible and by 10 a.m. at the latest (luggage can be left in the garage if your flight home is later in the day). Incoming guests can move in after 1 p.m. (those arriving early can leave luggage in the garage and go off to explore).

We (the owners) will normally be staying in our house next door and so on hand to give help and advice as required. Otherwise, a local property agent will provide assistance if needed.

Prices quoted include linen and laundry (except beach towels), a weekly clean, a change of linen/bedding and a food and drink starter pack when you arrive.
